We have classes to meet every level, every schedule, and every goal. All you have to do is pick your preferred class and location. Please note, that classes may be seasonal or may not always be available. Mind & Body Classes

A mat-based, full-body experience focused on the principles of core muscular strength, increased flexibility, breath control, and proper body alignment to improve posture. Each class is different to ensure that the body is challenged in new ways, but simple choreography and clear instruction make these classes accessible to both beginners and those who exercise regularly.

Water Classes

All levels of group exercise water classes from low intensity muscle toning to rugged water drills for an invigorating workout. Click below for class schedules and descriptions. Aqua Fit, Aqua Deep Aqua Boot Camp, Aqua Zumba, Aqua Barre, Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Dance.

Cardio & Strength Classes

Combine fun and fitness while increasing your cardiovascular endurance and strengthening your body. Classes include C.S.I. (Cardio Strength Interval) Step/Interval, Zumba, Zumba Gold, Total Body Blast, 20/10/8 Adjustment, Walking with Weights, Bootcamp, Total Fit, Y Bounce, HIIT, Core Conditioning, and Dance Fitness.

Cycle Classes

Cycling utilizes stationary bikes to focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. Instructors simulate hill climbing, sprints, and races for a fantastic cardiovascular workout. Get prepared for the workout of your life. Water and towels are a must!

Our Ys are committed to providing health and wellness opportunities to everyone, at every stage of life. YMCA offers aqua exercise, yoga, stretching and toning classes, Pickleball, and more. Our programs are designed for older adults and promote fitness and well-being while fostering friendships and connections.
