We are proud to serve our community through programs and services that focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. From childcare to swimming, day camp, and youth sports, the Y offers a great variety of activities that help people of all ages and abilities grow strong in spirit, mind, and body.
Get connected through programs!
One reason a Y membership is such a great value is the large variety of free classes. Some specialty programs have an additional fee and require registration, such as swim lessons, sports leagues, group training, summer camp, and others. Search and register for the program(s) you're interested in below.
Need to learn to swim? The Y has you covered with group and private lessons for kids and adults! So get swimming with the folks who created group swim lessons!
Children can safely play, explore and learn with our experienced, caring staff. Y staff provides learning experiences in a fun and safe environment, teaching them how to make healthy choices while encouraging socialization and play.
Is your child ready to be part of a team? At the Y, kids can improve their skills and make new friends while establishing healthy sportsmanship behavior on and off the field. From Basketball to Soccer, the Y offers a variety of options following CDC safety guidelines!
The Y is committed to everyone achieving their potential. Every year the Los Cerritos YMCA raises money to provide financial assistance for those needing assistance in paying for the full cost of YMCA programming.
Please download the application and email it to Yesenia.Cruz@lbymca.org and attach your monthly income source.
More on fundraising opportunities coming soon!
The Los Cerritos YMCA believes in social responsibility -- the importance of being there for people when needed. We invest in our kids, health, and neighbors, and we provide opportunities for everyone to get involved and give back to our community. Y volunteers of all ages and backgrounds can serve the community by sharing their time, treasure, and talents. Complete the form in the link below to be matched to a volunteer opportunity.
