Swimming at the Y allows people to thrive in and out of water. We focus on providing a safe environment for all ages and abilities through swimming lessons, swim teams, lap swimming, and more.
SPORTS
The Y allows children to discover their passion, build fundamental skills, and establish healthy sportsmanship behavior on and off the field.
EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION POLICY
Any member between the ages of 7 and 12 is eligible and required to receive an equipment orientation. They are only allowed to use cardio equipment, including the treadmill, upright bike, recumbent bike, elliptical, stair stepper, and stair master. In addition, they must always be supervised by a parent/guardian.
Any member ages 13+ must also go through an orientation to be allowed to use cardio and all of our strength equipment. They can come to the gym independently and are not required to have a parent/guardian present. They can receive a member ID with a barcode to check in alone.
