Group exercise classes are highly motivating and a great way to make friends while getting an excellent workout. We are proud to offer 40 classes per week including stretch and relaxation yoga classes, varying cardio classes, studio cycling, water exercise, and more! We also offer classes designed primarily for seniors or those requiring a low to no impact workout. No registration or sign-up is needed to participate in a class, just show up ready to sweat!
